1. Features of Equipment

Fuel Oil: 40%-45%

Crude Carbon Black: 30%-35%

2. Purposes of the Outputs

Fuel Oil: Oil from this plant can be used as industrial fuel for burning

Crude Carbon Black: Crude Carbon Black form this plant is crude, and it can be sold to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory needing it as raw materials, such as tyre, shoe, cable and sealant companies

Steel Wire: It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly

Different Systems

Feed in system	By belt conveyor or atuto-feeder
Pyrolysis system	Reasonable structure and thickness. It is easy to be heated and cooled down
Heating system	There are various kinds of fuel ,such wood ,charcoal, coal ,LPG etc
Dedust system	When it begins to produce the smoke, it gets through the desulfurization deduster, water film cyclone, and bag dedust to remove the smoke and dust. It gets no smell.
Impurities removing system	There are two devices for removing the impurities from the oil gas ,one is gas separate tank ,The other is depositing tank.
Cooling system	The cooling pool---new design, makes up of 10 pipes, 6m for each, diameter is 219mm each, when the oil gas gets into it, it runs as "S" type, and the whole journey is about 60m, 45 sq.m totally.Thus increases the oil yeild rate.
Waste gas recycling system	It can recycle the waster gas no pollution
Oil gas output system	When the temperature gets to some degree, the oil gas comes out. Then it runs into the gas seperate,  the depositing tank, for removing the wastes.
Carbon black discharging system	The carbon black is coming out automatic,there also has a screw conveyor for removing the carbon black

Economy and Pro-environment

Most of the fuel is the waste gas form the process, so it can save you cost and the waste gas return to burning as fuel, it is in accordance with the " turn the waste into wealth". Morever, the waste gas do not flow into the air, and protect the environment from polluting
